Effective October 21, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Meena Marketing LLC for the use of Sendorra. They apply from October 21, 2026.
The service
Meena Marketing LLC provides Sendorra, a hosted email workspace at app.sendorra.com, with a public site at sendorra.com, an API, tracking, and an MCP server. Creating a workspace means you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Spam Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You must be able to form a contract and you must use a real business identity. The person who creates the workspace is responsible for the users they invite.
Your mail
You are the sender of the campaigns and automations you launch. You must have prior consent from each recipient, keep the proof of that consent, and include a working unsubscribe and your physical postal address. Sendorra blocks a send that has no postal address and suppresses unsubscribes, hard bounces, and complaints.
You will not upload a purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested list. The Anti-Spam Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are part of these terms.
Plans and Stripe
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe. The prices shown on sendorra.com are placeholders until a workspace owner starts checkout in the app. Quotas stop a send that would pass the plan. They do not queue the overflow.
Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Taxes may be added by Stripe where the law requires them.
Suspension
Meena Marketing LLC may pause or suspend a workspace that harms deliverability, including a complaint rate above 0.3% after the sample floor, or that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. We will email the workspace owner when we do. Suspension for abuse does not create a refund.
Acceptable limits
The service is provided as available. We do not promise a particular inbox placement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service in a month is the amount you paid us for that month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue from a campaign.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Georgia or the United States.
Law
These terms are governed by the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Georgia are the venue for a dispute, except where a law gives you a different local forum.
